Titania mesoporous films fabricated by material printing
Chludilová, Markéta ; Drbohlavová, Jana (referee) ; Dzik, Petr (advisor)
Thesis deals with the creation of thin layers of a porous titanium dioxide. The solutions for the formation of thin layers were prepared using a solgel method by mixing TTIP, polyethylene glycol of molecular weight 1500 and dimethyl, layers were subsequently printed by material printer to glass substrate and calcinated at 450 °C for 2,5 hours. Optical and SEM microscopy was used to observe structure of individual layers. Samples, that showed the greatest porosity, were subsequently studied by electrochemical measurments and by photocatalytic aktivity determined via hydroxylation of coumarin.
Peroxotitanate gels suitable for piezoelectric print
Fuksa, Andrej ; Pekárková, Jana (referee) ; Veselý, Michal (advisor)
This thesis provide information about deposition of thin layers from peroxotitanate precursor. Precursor containing peroxotitanic acid and mixture of solvents (isopropanol and ethyleneglykol), was printed with the ink-jet material printer. Glass slides were used as a substrate. Prepared layers of gel did not show photocatalytic activity, therefore calcination at 450 °C, was used to a gel conversion. Structure of the layers was characterized using optical and SEM microscopy. Photoactivity of the layers was studied by a hydroxy-lation of cumarine.
Design and Synthesis of cell nucleus-targeted compounds for use in bioorthogonal reactions
Hrušák, Jáchym ; Vrábel, Milan (advisor) ; Míšek, Jiří (referee)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the design and synthesis of 1,2,4,5-tetrazine and trans- cyclooctene derivatives containing functional moieties which are able to target cellular nucleus and participate in bioorthogonal reactions. Based on literature research, the targeting moieties and the structure of the tetrazine and trans-cyclooctene derivatives were designed with the aim to achieve selective nuclear targeting and to ensure sufficient reactivity of the resulting conjugates under biological conditions. Selected candidates were then synthesized and their properties together with cellular reactivity were investigated in model experiments.
